November 27, 2013, in the morning, Professor LU Jie, Dean of the School of Software, Sydney University of Science and Technology, editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Knowledge-Based Systems, invited by the Department of Management Science and Logistics, visited our school and brought to our students and faculty a presentation entitled "How to write a good international academic paper". Professor Zhang Qiang from the Department of Management Science and Logistics hosted the lecture.
Professor LU Jie, in exmaple of the Journal of Knowledge-Based Systems, described the process of handling manuscripts, explained the writing skills, structure, technical requirements of a high level scientific article, and how to understand the reviewers' comments and completed the revision. In addition, she also introduced some of the research results of their team.
